We were very impressed with how the job was completed not only on a Sunday, but with detailed safety concerns addressed and explained. I called Advanced and luckily Fred was able to get to me a few hours later. He spend all afternoon trying to fix this headache. Thankfully after much ado he solved it and was able to fix it. Fred was so helpful and knowledgeable and did not give up. I highly recommend him and this company. FYI the alarm company took a shortcut and installed the new high tech doorbell using my 30 year old bell and wires.
